The Flint Hills Human Rights Project is a private, non-profit organization that serves as a resource for the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender members of the Manhattan, Kansas and Flint Hills community and for visitors to the area. FHHRP supports the political, social, spiritual, business and educational needs of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community and it's allies. ![]() FHHRP's mission is to use the political process, education and advocacy to ensure and promote dignity, safety, equality for and the civil and human rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, transsexual, intersex and questioning (LGBTTIQ) individuals in Manhattan, Kansas and the Flint Hills region of Kansas. FHRRP is committed to the principle that access to political, social, cultural, and economic resources is a fundamental right of all, and we work to create sexual, racial, social, cultural and economic equity through grassroots organizing, public education, advocacy, support and research. |
